Are you looking for a challenging and diverse role in the recycling industry? As a Belader, you will be responsible for collecting different waste streams from customers and delivering them to the designated collection site. The waste will then be separated for recycling. With work across various municipalities, no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and transport waste streams from customers to the designated collection site.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient separation of waste for recycling.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Good proficiency in English and communication skills.
  • Available 3 to 5 days a week.
  • Team player attitude.
