UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Leads, a technology-driven lead generation agency. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our websites and landing pages to enhance conversions and improve user experience.

• Collaborate closely with the CRO team to optimize websites and landing pages for increased conversions and improved user experience.
• Design new website components with a strong focus on UX, ensuring alignment with front-end development from the start.
• Participate in weekly design team meetings to plan and review projects.
• Work on projects and requests from the CRO and other teams, maintaining regular check-ins to ensure timely delivery and manageable workloads.
• Create and build pages using components on WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Develop storyboards to conceptualize designs and communicate design ideas and prototypes to front-end developers.
• Engage in A/B testing and optimization of marketing funnels based on product specifications and user psychology.
• Collaborate with various departments within Leads to address conversion issues and drive revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience in building pages with WordPress or other CMS systems.
• Familiarity with Design Systems.
• Proficiency in Figma or other interface design tools.
• Ability to create intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces.
• Understanding of responsive design and visual adaptation across different screen sizes.
• Knowledge of front-end development and HTML and CSS is a plus.
