As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, making them feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual who can deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, answering queries, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide support when needed.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are a people person with a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Answer queries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide support when needed
  • Provide recommendations and information about local attractions and amenities

Requirements:

  • Dutch and/or English fluency
  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €35,000 per year
  • A full-time contract of 38 hours per week
