Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and skilled intern to join our team in the EUV Dose Control group. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a challenging project that involves developing efficient methods to navigate and convert dose control hardware data archives into MATLAB files.

Your Assignment

Your primary responsibility will be to develop on-demand methods to convert parts of the Dose Control data output into MATLAB format. Additionally, you will create MATLAB apps and functions to verify the correctness of dose control algorithms and procedures performed on the system and perform statistical analysis on the data to flag potential issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or master student in (applied) Physics, Data Science or a related field.
  • Experience with parallel computing.
  • Knowledge of testing automation (e.g. Jenkins) and handling of large datasets.
  • Great understanding of MATLAB and knowledge of (or an interest in learning) Python.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
