As a Group Consolidation Manager at Mediq, you will be part of an ambitious and growing organization.

This role requires strong expertise in financial close, budgeting, and reporting processes, as well as experience with IBM Cognos Controller or other consolidation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, focused on continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency in financial consolidation.

  • Foster collaboration between finance teams to achieve streamlined group consolidation and reporting processes;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and user guides;
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues with the IBM Cognos system;
  • Implement process improvements and automate tasks where possible;
  • Provide guidance and support to local finance teams on group consolidation requirements and reporting deadlines;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the digital finance transformation roadmap;
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and faster close cycles.
