We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Chef de Rang at Château de Mercuès.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the service, providing a high-quality welcome and personalized service to our guests.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the menu to meet customer expectations.
  • Perform various service and installation tasks in accordance with quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Hotel training or equivalent experience in a similar establishment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong sense of organization and teamwork.
  • Fluency in English is recommended, with Dutch as a first or second language.
