This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Sales Engineer to make a significant impact on our growing European region. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and achieving your targets.

You will report to the Sector Manager and work closely with our wider sales team to deliver sales against agreed KPIs. This will involve regular reporting using our CRM system, providing market intelligence, quotes, and customer visits, and taking ownership of key accounts.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, who can thrive in a dynamic industry and adapt to changing circumstances. You will need to demonstrate a technical understanding of our products and have experience using various sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth
  • Deliver sales against agreed KPIs and report regularly using our CRM system
  • Provide market intelligence, quotes, and customer visits to support sales efforts
  • Take ownership of key accounts and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical understanding of technical products
  • Experience using various sales techniques
