Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Power Solutions team. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing projects that supply high voltage and electrical infrastructure to industrial customers. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and tendering electrical infrastructure, managing stakeholders, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage projects supplying high voltage and electrical infrastructure to industrial customers
  • Manage stakeholders, contractors, and customers in the projects you deliver
  • Design and tender electrical infrastructure
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and contractors
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure continued commitment and expand business contracts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure
  • A commercial mindset and experience with electrical infrastructure projects for industrial segments
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar expertise through extensive work experience
  • Proactive and outgoing attitude, motivated by building relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of norms and standards for electrical infrastructure and high voltage equipment
  • Fluency in the language of the country where this position is located, with good English language skills
