Bakery Operations Associate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cookie Production Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality cookies, including syrup waffles, filled cookies, and ginger bread.

• Operate machinery to produce cookies, including scooping, transferring, and dividing dough
• Ensure accurate and efficient production processes to meet quality and quantity standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Physical ability to lift and move containers weighing up to 100kg
• Availability to work in a three-shift system, including early morning and late evening shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of baking and production processes
