Clinical Professor of Medicine

HKUMed is seeking exceptional candidates in various disciplines to join its ranks.
The University is inviting applications for appointments as Tenure-Track Clinical Professor in the LKS Faculty of Medicine, to commence as soon as possible, on a four-year fixed-term basis. Exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered for appointment on tenure terms.
Applicants should possess a specialist registration with the Hong Kong Medical Council and preferably other relevant higher academic qualification. They should have a distinguished and sustained record of high-quality impactful research, as indicated by publications and competitive grants, with demonstrated clinical excellence.
Appointees shall be mapped to the relevant departments and take up a key role in achieving the highest standard of quality in all aspects of its teaching, research and clinical programmes. They may be assigned to discharge duties at hospital(s) and clinic(s) affiliated with HKU Health System.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme.
