In this role, you will engage in various projects focusing on:

  • Strategic positioning
  • New business development
  • Organizational restructuring
  • Business process optimization
  • Operational excellence initiatives

You will also have the chance to contribute to Sia Partners' internal initiatives:

  • Enhancing our service offerings by analyzing and interpreting innovations and challenges within one or more sectors
  • Supporting business development through needs assessment and participation in commercial strategies

Required Qualifications

  • A completed Master's Degree.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in a consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of exploring alternatives and synthesizing findings.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English for communication and presentations is essential.
