Your primary objectives will be to:

* Develop and execute a strategic SEO plan, collaborating closely with our Product Owners and development teams.
* Design and optimize an AI-integrated content generation process, prioritizing high-quality output and efficiency.
* Boost organic traffic by 20% and enhance engagement rates from landing pages to the core product by 30%.

As the most senior member of our SEO team, you'll guide the overall SEO direction, ensuring alignment and focus on reaching as many students as possible. You'll work closely with our Product Owners, UX professionals, and engineers to shape the product's future direction.

Requirements:

* At least 5+ years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies.
* Strong understanding of user analytics, technical SEO, organic search, and SEO content.
* Ability to work strategically and hands-on, creating and maintaining an SEO vision and strategy, prioritized roadmap, and planning.
* Experience with 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other tools for SEO management.
* Fluency in English.
