About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Scrum Master to join our IT & Data department at ASML. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding teams to deliver complex projects efficiently while ensuring smooth collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure team efficiency and continuous improvement through Agile working practices
  • Guide teams through essential Agile activities such as planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Identify and address roadblocks that slow down team progress
  • Coach and mentor teams to work collaboratively and foster growth and development
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage dependencies
What We Offer
  • A one-year contract with the intention of an indefinite contract after the first year
  • ~ 5 year training sessions to develop professionally
  • One-on-one mentorship from an ASML professional and coaching from an external expert
  • A unique experience similar to a traineeship, but with a focused approach
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Study background is not relevant, only affinity with IT and extracurricular activities are preferred
  • Completed education less than 12 months ago or will graduate before the start of the program
