About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Pride Company. As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving our clients' digital transformation journeys, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities
  • Design and implement agile transformations, leveraging methodologies such as (Scaled) Agile, Prince2, Agile Program Management, and MSP
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
Requirements
  • Hold an HBO or WO degree in a relevant field
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT consulting or project management, preferably in the public sector
  • Experience with organizational consulting, data-driven working, LEAN, and design thinking is a plus
  • Be a driven and passionate individual, committed to developing yourself in the field of project management, organizational change, and data-driven work
  • Enjoy working with others, be a creative problem-solver, and possess a positive attitude
  • Be a skilled communicator with a keen sense of political-administrative situations
