**About the Role**

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in achieving our high standards by providing exceptional service to our customers. This involves being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and building professional relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers
  • Ongoing stock management and visual merchandising responsibilities
  • Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a previous track record in hospitality or retail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. You will also need to demonstrate a clear presence on the shop floor, take ownership of tasks, and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions.
