About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dow Benelux B.V. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our plants and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and correct equipment problems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including calibration, alignment, and repair of equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions, documenting failure analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collect and analyze equipment operation and history data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (Associate's Degree) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
