Als Warehouse Support Specialist bij Tempo Team ben je een echte probleemoplosser, precis en een effectief communicator. Je geniet van het werken als onderdeel van een team en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het bedrijf als ware het jouw eigen. Je bent een positieve persoon die toegewijd is aan het succes van het bedrijf. Je bent bekend met logistiek en hebt een ondernemingsgeest, en je hebt misschien al enige administratieve ervaring of bent bereid om dat te leren. Als dit klinkt als jou, dan ben je misschien de Warehouse Support Specialist die wij zoeken. Als Warehouse Support Specialist moet je de volgende eigenschappen hebben:

  • Je bent meester in het Engels in woord en schrift;
  • Je bent ervaren in het gebruik van Excel en SAP;
  • Je hebt je eigen vervoer;
  • Je bent open voor het werken van dagdiensten op een rooster.

Als Warehouse Support Specialist ben je de eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega's met vragen over stock en bestellingen. Je biedt ondersteuning op de vloer aan je team als troubleshooter en draagt verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de opslagruimte efficiënt en op top prestatie werkt. Dit betekent het coördineren met verschillende afdelingen om problemen op te lossen en maatregelen te nemen om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen. Je werkt dagdiensten op een rooster en bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je beoordeelt de stockniveaus en inventaris, en verzamelt en analyseert gegevens;
  • Je implementeert verbeteringen om structurele problemen aan te pakken;
  • Je bereidt en verstuurt rapporten met belangrijke informatie naar stakeholders om hen op de hoogte te houden;
  • Je handelt alle bestelgerelateerde administratieve taken af.

Je zult deel uitmaken van een nieuwe team op een nieuw locatie in Puttershoek. Je hebt de kans om dit project van de grond af aan op te bouwen met een compleet nieuw team.
