Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Assistant Intern at art'otel Amsterdam. As a Management Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insights in the execution of managerial duties, working closely with our General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, quality checks, and departmental coordination
  • Assist in driving commercial performance by promoting events, growing sales, and developing initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests, respond to their requests, and exceed their expectations
  • Participate in quality checks, perform administrative tasks, and support departmental heads in their management tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language
  • A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available for an internship with a minimum length of 5 months
