Job Description

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager plays a vital role in supporting innovation teams in bringing Beauty & Grooming products to global markets while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

This office-based role requires collaboration with senior leadership to drive global regulatory strategies for international markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading regulatory affairs projects, developing strategic regulatory direction, and working knowledge of medical device regulations such as FDA law and EU MDR.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device regulation strategy development, submissions, and product market introductions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Good communicator and team player who can work in a flexible environment.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
