Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist for Operational Technology to join our team. This role will involve conducting cybersecurity assessments, technical verifications, and advisory services for operational technologies such as SCADA, PLC, DCS, and RTU systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performing cybersecurity assessments and technical verifications for operational technologies.
  • Designing and implementing security strategies for SIS, PLC, and DCS systems.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their business environment and recommending fit-for-purpose OT security solutions.
Support Functions:
  • Working with major industrial systems such as Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, GE, ABB, and Siemens.
  • Providing expertise in OT network communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC 61850, and WirelessHART.
Management & Leadership:
  • Conducting control systems risk assessments and security awareness training for system operators, owners, and vendors.
  • Developing OT security programs and secure OT network architectures.
Process & Improvement:
  • Leading operational impact analysis workshops and technical trade-off studies for SCADA, PLC, and DCS architectures.
  • Participating in pre-sales activities such as proposals, presales calls, and RFP responses.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Staying updated on contemporary and legacy security technologies such as Firewalls, SIEM, and IDS/IPS.
  • Travel requirements: Occasional travel required for onshore and offshore projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology Security.
  • Expertise in performing control systems risk assessments and developing OT security programs.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technology.
  • Certifications: CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or CFSE/CFSP.
  • Fluent in English and one additional European language.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
