We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team at Daelmans, a leading company in the food industry. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing and/or category management in food retail
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
