Community Manager Intern

CoolGames is seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager Intern to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for our games, engaging with our community, and creating content that drives user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user interaction and retention.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the game team to create content that aligns with our community's interests and preferences.
  • Monitor and address community feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and social media marketing.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and functionalities.
  • Ability to create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our community.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
