Project Engineer Dredging

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Supervise and assess the work of colleagues, subcontractors, and customers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Report progress to internal and external stakeholders, identifying and addressing any deviations from project plans.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of department processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years' relevant experience in a dredging, maritime, and/or offshore environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably civil engineering, maritime engineering, or technical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
