About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Courier Coordinator to join our team in Rotterdam. As a key contact for our 'Scoober' fleet, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our courier network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with couriers to resolve issues and answer queries
  • Ensure couriers have the necessary equipment and information to perform their duties
  • Communicate with colleagues across the business to exchange information and resolve issues
  • Report to the Senior Courier Coordinator to ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a relevant role (shift leader, floor manager)
  • Experience of working in a team environment
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of couriers
  • Able to work on irregular shifts, including weekends and evenings
