Job Title: Internship: Delivery Processes Mining

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team at Philips. As a process mining intern, you will play a key role in exploring options for improving E2E Services Delivery Process Performance using process mining techniques.

Your Role:

  • Understand and map 'as designed' process.
  • Analyze event logs data from information systems for real process discovery and performance analysis in E2E Services Delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and inefficiencies elimination in operations, supported by data-driven evidence.
  • Identify new improvement initiatives to support continuous optimization and improve existing process models.
  • Align/spar with SDPM team and leaders.
  • Challenge established practices.
  • Consolidate insights and learnings into proposal for future approach(es).

You're the Right Fit If:

  • Studying towards your Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Analytical thinker with detail- and process-oriented mindset, while keeping the overview.
  • Good in English, both verbally and writing.
  • Self-starting team player, not afraid to look for information and reach out to new people.
  • Proficient in digesting, organizing, and transforming large amounts of data into insights.
  • Able to work with the team at High Tech Campus (Eindhoven) 1-2 days/week.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and work in an international, multi-cultural environment.

In Return, We Offer:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
