Job Title: Service Coordinator Maintenance

We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator Maintenance. As a Service Coordinator Maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, including scheduling, planning, and execution.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or maintenance management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing maintenance activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
