Automation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Automation & Engineering to join our team at Independent Recruiters. As a Manager Automation & Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly qualified engineers/technicians within the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers/technicians to deliver high-quality results within the complexity and dynamics of a design & construction organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate with other team leads and internal partners to maintain the department's right to provide engineering/automation services to the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering: control, electrical or automation (or equivalent education).
- Minimal 5 years of experience in engineering/automation environment with extensive people management experience.
- Proven organizational, managerial capacities and demonstrated flexibility to respond to changes in the external and internal environments.
- Proven knowledge of automotive manufacturing, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulations is preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong influencing skills with ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints.
- Good command of English in word and writing.
- Experience with Lean methodology.
- A salary range between K gross a year (based on education and working experience).
