Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficiency, quality, and timeliness of resources and personnel within the Production Department.
  • Monitor progress in planning and production processes, driving improvements in working methods and procedures.
  • Ensure the smooth transition of projects from customers or engineering to regular production.
  • Manage internal quality, tooling efficiency, and the production environment.
  • Maintain workplace safety and ensure good working conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's education in a technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an assembly environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical, organizational, and logistical aspects of the production process.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Excellent coaching and teaching abilities.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communications skills.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range: € 55.000,00 - €75.000,00.
  • 25 vacation days and 13 additional leave days.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
  • 8.33% holiday pay.
