**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled Debt Management Specialist to join our team at Madison People International. In this role, you will be responsible for managing intercompany borrowing and lending activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end process of intercompany loans, including origination, pricing benchmark analysis, and repayment.
- Developing and maintaining loan agreements, terms, and conditions in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to assess borrowing and lending needs across subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Evaluating and mitigating risks associated with intercompany lending activities.
- Preparing board papers and presentation materials for debt-related activities for Finance Committee's approval.
- Monitoring loan balances, interest accruals, and repayment schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, treasury management, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including loan structuring, risk management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and perform quantitative analysis.
