About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Creative Director to lead our Brand Experience team at Media.Monks. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our creative vision, nurturing creative excellence, and helping shape big decisions across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Creative Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Lead, Grow, and Problem Solve: Manage and mentor our creatives, foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, and lead with our values.
- Win New Business and Foster Sr Client Relationships: Oversee creative pitches, build trust and rapport with existing clients, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure and Expect Creative Excellence: Oversee the creation of high-quality digital, campaign, web, and experiential work that meets our standards.
About You
- Extensive experience in a creative leadership role within a top-tier agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including successful, award-winning campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
