Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at STC Groep BV. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and dumpsters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and dumpsters, including hydraulic systems, truck-mounted cranes, and stainless steel/aluminium loading containers
  • Inspecting and testing vehicles to identify and diagnose issues
  • Repairing and replacing parts as needed
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • A completed (or nearly completed) MBO(+) education in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
  • Preferably (practical) experience as a technician/mechanic or an ambitious starter looking for a challenge
  • Experience with stainless steel/aluminium and knowledge of hydraulic and/or electrical systems is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Service-oriented attitude and the ability to think problem-solving
