As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our laser dicing system, LASER1205.
Key Responsibilities- Develop electrical designs for system components, including laser systems, optics modules, mechatronic modules, and planar motion stages.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure electrical designs meet design requirements.
- Contribute to the prototyping and testing phase, and provide technical support for the successful deployment of our laser dicing system at customer sites.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as process engineering, manufacturing, and service, to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in electrical design and development.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools, such as E-Plan, and experience with Siemens Team Center is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think conceptually and pragmatically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
