About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in prestigious hotels, restaurants, and resorts in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, promoting and ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking, safety, and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of preparation and cooking.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
  • Intermediate level of English or above.
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations.
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility and resilience in high workload environments.
