About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our software development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality software solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, leading complex software development projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software modules and systems.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of our software development processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in informatics or a technically oriented field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on complex systems and machine control.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies.
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
