Senior Product Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team at Travix. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and performance across our e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead key analytical projects, including user journeys, checkout performance, post-sale optimization, and product optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and implement A/B testing hypotheses, execute tests, and analyze outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, performance trends, and influencing factors to inform growth recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of analytics insights.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant product performance experience in an e-commerce environment, including experience with CRO.
  • Expert knowledge of web analytics tools, including GA4, UA, and BI tooling.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and interest in data science methods.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Google Big Query, Looker, Optimizely, and Google Analytics.
