As a Process / Manufacturing Engineer NPI at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks that ensure the successful introduction of new products into our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction initiatives.
- Develop user manuals, process flow diagrams, and establish process parameters and indicators.
- Collaborate in product design to enhance serviceability and manufacturability.
- Review technical documentation with development teams and stakeholders across industrial engineering, supply chain, production support, and customer service.
- Define and establish service processes, including diagnosis, replacement, and recovery protocols.
- Analyze production workflows to identify structural issues and bottlenecks, proposing and initiating improvements in collaboration with various departments.
- Engage in the rapid resolution of complex technical issues, making informed decisions and taking necessary actions.
- Conduct troubleshooting for complex mechatronic systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing complex systems.
- Background in high-tech production environments with intricate manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex mechatronic systems.
- Expertise in Manufacturing and Industrialization Engineering.
