Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Technician to join our team at Berkvens Deursystemen. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze equipment failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to design and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment meets specifications and standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance records, and equipment histories.
  • Provide technical support to production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve production efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Meatronics degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automation technologies.
