Job Title: International Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join our Central HR & Payroll team at PF Concept. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring payroll data for our international team members located in multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and enter payroll data into our system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislations.
  • Monitor and manage payroll changes, staff mutations, and benefits enrollments.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data to our 3rd party payroll provider.
  • Ensure compliance with all local legislations and regulations.
  • Support job offers and employment contracts for new international colleagues.
  • Maintain staff planning and staff sheets.
  • Prepare and align with the Finance team on payroll reporting.
  • Maintain all payroll, benefits, and employee files and databases.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in a HR/Payroll department of a commercial and dynamic international oriented organization.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office, including Excel.
  • Experience in the functional use of HR & Payroll systems (e.g. ADP).
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team as well as independently.
  • Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented multitasker who can prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and ability to build trusted relationships with our international teams.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate (compliance) risks and well-versed in local labour law.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written, and any further (EU) languages is a big plus.
