We're looking for a Lead System Verification and Validation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Verification and Validation engineer, you will be accountable for all Systems (software and hardware) verification and validation (V&V) activities and work you're doing in New Product Development and Sustaining Engineering.

Job Description Summary

The Sr. Systems V&V engineer will actively participate in one or more teams and also initiate and lead sessions to analyze and renew our way of working. You will handle system V&V activities for sophisticated projects, take part in risk management meetings, build System V&V plan and summary report, and CAPA owner or task owner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Takes part in cross-functional teams to drive the development of new products and solutions.
  • Leads the creation of System V&V plans and ensures their execution in accordance with medical device regulations.
  • Collaborates closely with project leads, other test engineers, developers, and functional analysts to deliver high-quality results.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering field. Your minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in verification and validation, preferably in medical device, pharma, or biotech environment, will be valuable assets in this role.

Additionally, your experience in working in a QMS regulated environment, managing technical and non-technical stakeholders, and implementing change will be essential in driving success.

As a key contributor to our team, you will have excellent organizational, communications, and scheduling skills. An excellent command of the English language is required.
