Corporate Legal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the corporate housekeeping of our legal entities, with a focus on the franchise business. Your responsibilities will include preparing and drafting shareholder and board resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and maintaining the corporate legal entity database.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Corporate Legal Manager and team members in drafting and implementing corporate policies, process descriptions, steering documents, and working methods.
- Collate and maintain corporate structure charts, overviews, and claims & litigation reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for corporate legal entity database queries.
- Support in the development and delivery of long-term plans for the legal & governance function.
- University Degree in Dutch Law (preferably Dutch corporate law) with outstanding achievements.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a corporate paralegal in an international legal or business environment.
- Strong communication and social skills to interact with different levels, positions, and needs within the organization.
- Excellent documentary and administrative skills.
- Ability to organize and coordinate efficiently and effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
