Adyen's Developer Experience
At Adyen, we're building a platform that empowers engineers to efficiently navigate their tasks and deliver innovative solutions. As a Senior Product Manager for Developer Experience, you'll be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders, and driving innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) team to streamline development workflows and empower engineers to build secure, scalable, and reliable applications.
- Define product strategy and roadmap, executing the strategy and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Interact and collaborate regularly with infrastructure engineers, software developers, product managers, and leadership teams from other departments.
- Prioritize among different problems, ensuring imminent issues are resolved first and the long-term is taken care of.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, delivering successful outcomes.
- Technical fundamentals to build a platform as a product, working closely with engineering to build infrastructure and workflows.
- Able to make strategic choices, considering business and technical needs, as well as the needs of the team.
- Growth mindset and thirst to learn and build great products.
- Fueled by curiosity, always on the lookout to learn how something works.
- Promotes strong teamwork, healthy collaboration, and inclusivity.
