Senior Software Architect

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our software development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and shaping the future of our products.
Your expertise in software development will be instrumental in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
With a strong background in C, C++, and Python, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering software modules that meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
As a natural leader, you'll be expected to take ownership of complex projects, drive them forward, and ensure timely delivery.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, has a strong technical background, and is eager to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software modules using C, C++, and Python.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Take ownership of complex projects and drive them forward to timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in informatics or a technically oriented field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on complex machine control and real-time software.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering software modules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
