Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities- Process and post invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare payment proposals and ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform daily bank statement processing and postings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Excellent understanding of MS Office and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
