We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for working with clients of various sizes in different industries, creating, managing, and growing your own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- 1-3 years' experience in a Sales/Trading/Brokerage/Business Development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
