About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at KEEN. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing team with various activities, including social media management, product seeding, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product orders and delivery to press, ambassadors, retail contacts, and competition winners.
  • Support our social media colleague by creating engaging content and interacting with our audience.
  • Coordinate with influencers for seeding and contacting, including briefing and follow-up.
  • Deliver assets and materials, such as training kits and event kits, to retailers in digital and physical formats.
  • Manage the Marketing mailbox and follow-up with the marketing team.
  • Track and coordinate samples.
  • Support in gathering and sharing product sustainability information with HQ and partners.
  • Assist with other marketing requests from the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Passionate about the outdoors and/or sports.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Office programs, with strong Excel skills a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with German language a plus.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
  • High level of organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
