Job Description

As a Visual Marketing Specialist at Bugaboo, you will be part of the EMEA Marketing Team and report to the Marketing Coordinator. Your role will involve working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to deliver on creative briefs from across the EMEA markets and cross-functional marketing teams.

You will cooperate with the HQ creative team to ensure all regionally produced assets are produced within brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include artworking static and motion creative elements for digital marketing, including organic and paid social, email and performance marketing, digital display and advertising.

You will also be responsible for artworking retail and print layouts for the region, including in-store graphics and POS, as well as printed collateral such as leaflets and brochures. Additionally, you will crop imagery and proportionately size assets to fit standardized and bespoke specifications across various channels.

Aptitude for video editing is desirable, creating cutdowns from full-length campaign films to suit channel and market requirements. You will maintain brand continuity and visual consistency across multiple digital and print channels and formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Skilled in the latest updates of design software, including After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Competency with additional software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, InVision, Dreamweaver, Figma, and Affinity Designer, is desirable.
  • Strong skillset and creative approach with transitions in animation.
  • Good understanding of print production to ensure files are delivered correctly to suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and a creative and flexible mindset.
  • Skilled in adapting the composition of static assets and messaging hierarchy to fit varied specifications while maintaining a premium and on-brand aesthetic.
  • Able to think outside the box and propose on-brand solutions to creative challenges unique to the EMEA region.

Estimated Salary: EUR 55,000 - EUR 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
