About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and strategic guidance to support the Head of Real Estate and People LT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning and forecasting processes for the Real Estate Function, ensuring alignment with functional targets.
- Provide an integral view on Real Estate Function spend globally and manage it in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Realize productivity targets and execute plans according to budget available, with a focus on problem-solving and corrective actions.
- Optimize visibility and reporting of Real Estate Function initiatives and processes through Lean methodology.
- Manage a team of Real Estate Controllers and work closely with FP&A to build standardized reporting.
- Monitor and control functional processes for ICS/SOX compliance.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships across the organization to understand business needs.
- Benchmark financial and cost performance with historical data and competitors.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, and 10-15 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or in FP&A. You should have proven depth of end-to-end business knowledge, financial analytics, and strategic insight, as well as strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
