Job Summary

The Residential Support Manager will oversee daily operations at a designated KaFra housing location, ensuring that residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents, neighbors, and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Supervise third-party contractors on the location, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of homes and residents to ensure that they meet set standards for cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Implement management tasks related to legionella prevention and pest control, collaborating with relevant teams to achieve effective results.
  • Ensure the housing location remains well-maintained, including landscaping and removing litter.
  • Monitor resident behavior and address non-compliance with KaFra house rules, reporting incidents to the security & control department as necessary.
Key Requirements
  • MBO+ level of education and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in staff supervision and management.
  • Valid driver's license (category B) and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general administrative skills.
  • Customer-centric approach, with the ability to work flexibly and make informed decisions.
