About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy & Utilities Manager to join our team at Sia Partners. As an Energy & Utilities Manager, you will play a key role in guiding companies through the transition phase towards the "New Energy Reality".

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects supported by a team of consultants and/or client representatives to deliver beyond expectations.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for consultants to ensure their growth and development.
  • Contribute to shaping and growing our business through business development and sales support.
  • Develop and maintain a good view of the developments in the energy market and its impact on actors in the value chain.
  • Monitor company or market trends, evolutions, and trigger actions within Sia Partners to adapt our offerings.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting within the utilities industry.
  • Business network at relevant energy companies.
  • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills.
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and flexible with relevant skills in managing teams.
