- A degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in an accounting role.
- Strong analytical and technical accounting capabilities.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

- Experience in auditing processes.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Capability to build relationships with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operational personnel.
- Able to work independently to resolve both straightforward and complex issues.
- A proactive team player, highly motivated, and capable of performing under pressure during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough analyses of financial data to ensure accuracy in revenue and cost allocations.
- Managing General Ledger financial data, including accruals, deferred costs, reclassifications, and intercompany/interdepartmental entries, along with report preparation.
- Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
- Performing monthly account analyses to verify the correctness of journal entries and balances.
- Collecting supporting documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the completion of all journal entries for month-end close within the established deadlines.
- Reconciling and settling intercompany balances.
- Ensuring compliance of financial information with relevant standards.
- Aligning General Ledger accounting practices to support budgeting initiatives.
- Assisting with audit procedures.
- Engaging in other activities related to financial reporting.
